Qualifications: -

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of Finance.
  • Prior working Experience in Intacct ERP / Other ERP preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in MS- Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Hands-on experience on Excel VBA or Micros will be preferred
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Should be a good Team Player.
  • Ability to work under pressure under deadline situations.
  • Ready to work in EU/US timings, whenever required.
  • Experience in working on offshore models will be an added advantage

Job Description: -

  • Complete Hold of End-to-end accounting (International & APAC Entities), ensure timely book closure, Balance Sheet Reconciliation and submission of MIS Reports to Corporate.
  • Have hands-on experience in GL Closing activities including Vendor and Customer Reconciliation, CAPEX Accounting, Prepaid Expenses accounting, Deferred Lease Accounting, etc.
  • Preparation of Weekly Cash Position and Cash Flow Statement and have good knowledge of working capital management.
  • Liaison with International Corporate Team for timely submission of deliverables within prescribed timelines.
  • Active participation in automation of policies and procedures for increasing the efficiency and speed of the closing and reporting.
  • Payroll and Benefits Accounting and variance analysis.
  • Have good exposure to Revenue, AR, and AP Accounting
  • Have experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Group Audit
  • Expert-level knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP accounting standards.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Accounting (GST / VAT)
