Administrative Assistant - Sales

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

 

Provide support to the Strategic Partnership group and Commercial Leadership Team

 

  • This includes:
    • Administer Strategic Account Planning, including but not limited to Account Plan Administration, refreshing key account plans quarterly, monthly key account team meetings, preparation and support for governance meetings, partnership best practices library development (including innovation activities, case studies, etc.)
    • Administrative support for commercial leaders, including but not limited to preparing memos for internal distribution, supporting on-boarding of commercial hires, expense reporting, travel arrangements and calendar management.
    • Working with Human Resources on special requests

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or related work experience.
  • Minimum Work Requirements:   2+ years of prior administrative experience for a team in an environment that included high volume scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Skills:  
    • Fluency in English.
    • Well-developed interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong process orientation and ability to be flexible and creative.
    • Proficiency with Office 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Sound judgment, high ethical standards, organized, self-directed, and team player.
    • Previous experience supporting commercial activities would be a plus
