We are looking for an analytics and automation expert to support the marketing team in delivering strategic insights and operational efficiencies that will drive our aggressive year-over-year growth goals. The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and Automation will collaborate cross-functionally with both marketing and sales to perform strategic analyses that support critical business decisions, drive effectiveness of inbound and outbound campaigns and improve ROI. This individual will have a healthy balance of analytical, technical and operational experience to design and implement processes and solutions that enable the marketing and broader commercial organization to have complete visibility into the metrics that underly both our successes and opportunities.


We need someone who is organized and results driven with a strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning around account-based marketing, demand generation and broader marketing and sales reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will come with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce and Demandbase. This role is critical to building, maintaining and executing against our marketing data infrastructure, owning the accuracy of the data and continuously optimizing our processes.

Your contributions include:

Deliver quarterly marketing reporting packages along with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support strategic and content marketing teams, extracting and delivering insights to help improve campaign performance


Drive aspects of the quarterly and annual business reviews and support annual goal / KPI setting


Partner with our digital marketing agency to deliver reporting, dashboards and analytics to drive understanding of digital marketing campaign results


Build and manage reporting and analyses for global industry events and conferences


Manage email campaigns including nurturing workflows, marketing campaigns, automated emails, targeting and testing


Partner with the Insides Sales team to drive leads through the sales funnel, supporting both “white space” outreach as well as account-based outreach


Own the Martech stack, based in HubSpot, Salesforce and Demandbase with connections to On24, Wistia and other platforms.


What we need from you:


5-8 Years professional experience in B2B marketing analytics or equivalent role.  Experience in a life science and/or B2B facing software company a plus

Experience and skills in financial analysis and/or data modeling

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and funnel metrics, lead gen practices and pipeline generation

Bachelor’s degree required.  Advanced degree (M.A., M.S., MBA) preferred.

Bold ideas and a results-oriented outlook.  A strategic thinker with outstanding analytics skills who can see the big picture but with extreme attention to detail

Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment  

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, entrepreneurship and tenacity while working independently.

Experience in managing a B2B marketing technology stack with ABM data sources. Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase and On24 a plus.  

Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-focused organization, equally effective working with small or larger groups.
